Developing information level is important innovational work in the field of our building national information.This article using BP neural network tries to evaluate the level of our country and each area's information.The weight of every appraisement index is generated automatically from the network,therefore it is more objective and accurate.It can nicely entirely reflect the level of our country and each area's information in time,and provides references for investigating and ordering information development stratagems.
