摘要
数学教育的改革使教师角色由单一型向多元型转化;相应地对教师素质提出了以下要求:能有效地促成学生完成自主的学习过程;能从数学科学的特点上把握内容;能以一个研究者的姿态对待自己的教育教学活动等.而形成这些素质的途径是:教师反思自己教与学的过程,深入把握数学学习内涵;关注学生学习状态,把学习的主动权还给学生;深入开展教育教学研究.
<Abstrcat>The role of teachersZ has been changed from single style to multiple by education reform of mathematics;so,it requires new qualities to teachers,such as encouraging the students to learn independently,mastering the mathematical view in teaching,and treating himself as a researcher.The route of attaining those goals is that teachers shall think of their teaching and learning,deeply comprehending to mathematics,and arming the students′ preparation to learning.It also needs developing research on mathematics teaching and education deeply.
