数学教育的改革使教师角色由单一型向多元型转化;相应地对教师素质提出了以下要求:能有效地促成学生完成自主的学习过程;能从数学科学的特点上把握内容;能以一个研究者的姿态对待自己的教育教学活动等.而形成这些素质的途径是:教师反思自己教与学的过程,深入把握数学学习内涵;关注学生学习状态,把学习的主动权还给学生;深入开展教育教学研究.
