摘要
通过手术破坏豚鼠(n=40)内淋巴囊,造成膜迷路积水模型,模拟不同剂量的速尿试验,发现等效剂量及其2、8倍量速尿试验均能显著降低积水耳的听性脑干(ABR)反应阈,其中2倍量降低幅度最大,平均20.6±5.6dBnHL。而40倍量速尿试验无此作用。耳蜗切片的图像分析显示,速尿对积水耳蜗有明显的脱水作用,但与ABR反应阈之间无显著线性关系。
The present study reports a successful anial model of endolymphatic hydrops ( EH ) in guinea pigs(n=48)through a surgical obliteration of the endolymphatic sac and duct.Electronys-tagmography was canbrated by optokinetic nystagmus. During the formation of EH the vestibular func-tions(n=16 ) were dynamically observed by ralation test;After eight weeks(n=25)the furosemide tests with different doses were carried out by sinusoidal angular acceleration test. The result:showed that the excitability of vestibular function in the operated ears was enhanced for the first week after op-eration, and then declined.At the eighth week it was‘significantly improved after intravenous injection of furosernide at the clinical equivalent dose level( 1.25mg/kg).The present results strongly support the usefulness of furosemide test in the diagnosis of EH,The possible mechanisms of its effect are discussed.
