新时期高校学报在我国高等教育发展中的作用

EFFECTS OF JOURNALS OF UNIVERSITIES IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF CHINESE HIGHER EDUCATION

从历史的角度回顾了我国高校学报产生和发展的历程,分析并论述了新时期高校学报在我国高等教育发展中所具有的积极作用:(1)有助于提高高校的教学质量;(2)有助于推动高校的学科建设;(3)有助于促进研究生培养和高校的学位点建设;(4)有助于加快高校青年教师的成长;(5)有助于促进高校的科技创新;(6)有助于增进高校的对外宣传与学术交流;(7)有助于高校独特科学文化和优良学风的形成。从理论层面认识高校学报的功能对于做好学报工作,进而推动高校的改革与发展具有一定现实的意义。

From the historical angle, this article has reviewed the progress of the birth and development of journals of universities in China. It also analyzes and illustrates the positive effects of journals of universities on the development of the higher education in the new period. It has contributed to increasing teaching quality in higher education, promoting the subject construction, improving the cultivation of postgraduates and the construction of degree grant-body, helping the growth of the young teachers, reinforcing the scientific and technological innovation, enhancing the external propaganda and academic exchange, and favoring the formation of unique science and culture and good style of study. Based on the theoretical point of view, the awareness of the effects of journals of universities has the great significance for improving the reform and development of higher education.
