摘要
为黄芩复方(黄芩、黄芪、葛根、甘草)研究了黄芩甙的半仿生提取工艺,以黄芩甙得率为指标,在粒度、提取次数、提取工艺、浸渍浓度等条件相同时考察了保温温度、保温时间、配伍比例及溶液pH对提取工艺的影响,并选用L16(45)表进行了正交实验,确定出最佳提取工艺条件如下:保温温度为85℃,保温时间为60min,黄芩∶黄芪∶葛根∶甘草的配伍比例为4∶2∶3∶1,一煎液的pH为6,二煎液的pH为8。
To optimize the semi-bionic extraction of scuaellaria baicalensis georgi compound (scuaellaria∶astragalus∶pueraria∶glycyrrhiza). Under the unchanged conditions including granularity, extracting frequency, extracting course and concentration of solvent, it was considered the yield rate of isoflavonoids of baicalin, applying the L_ 16(45 ) of orthogonal design involving extraction temperature, extraction time, pH and the ration of compound. The best technological conditions were the extraction temperature was 85℃, extraction time was 60min, the ration of compound was 4∶2∶3∶1 , the first extraction pH was 6, and the second extraction pH was 8.
