摘要
对全棉梭织物漂布的免烫加工工艺进行了研究,采用正交实验法选择出了适宜与免烫助剂同浴的棉用增白剂类型和工艺条件(浓度、pH值、焙烘温度、焙烘时间等),在此基础上进一步研究了免烫助剂各组分对织物白度、免烫效果及强力的影响,并对工艺进行了优化,得出了兼顾各项要求的最佳工艺,同时进行了具体的生产实践和总结。
Easy-care finishing of whitened 100% cotton fabrics was studied. By means of orthogonal experiments, proper optical brighteners which can be applied with easy-care finishes in the same bath were selected and suitable processing conditions were established, such as resin concentration, pH value, curing time and temperature etc. Influences of easy-care finishes on whiteness, tear strength and crease resistant property were studied as well. Optimum practical formulation was obtained and put into production.
