摘要
采用EDTA络合滴定法测定了铝青铜和黄铜中的铝,此分析法虽具有简单准确和快速的优点,但由于被测定的材料中含有一定量的干扰元素,因而使得测量结果产生了较大的偏差,为此我们对测定过程中酸度的控制、反应温度、锡的干扰等条件进行了优化选择并提出了最佳方案,使测定结果的准确度有了较大的提高,拓宽了该法在工业生产中的应用范围。
The method of introducing EDTA complexometry to determine the aluminium in aluminum bronze and brass has advantages of simplity, accuracy and celerity. But the result usually posse a big deviation because the measured materials have interfering elements. So this analytical method has limitation in application to a certainty. Therefore we optimally selected the conditions such as acidity control, reaction temperature and tin interfere in measuring process. Then we brought forward the optimum condition layout. The accuracy of measuring result has been improved greatly and the scope of application was broadened in industrial production.
