摘要
根据钣金件的设计及制造特点,讨论了钣金件计算机展开系统的相关理论及实现方法,该系统基于底层图形接口OpenGL开发,具有方便的参数化设计功能和良好的数据交换功能。用户通过修改设计参数可以对常用的钣金件自动展开,除可得到详细的展开数据和二维展开图以外,还可得到通用文件格式IGES的展开结果。
According to the characteristic of sheet metal parts, the theory and implementation of the sheet metal unfolding system are discussed. The system developed based on OpenGL and provided with convenient parametric design and data exchange function. Users can automatically unfold sheet metal parts by changing the design parameters and attain the detailed unfolding data and 2D drawings. In addition, IGES file of the unfolding results can be generated.
