ANALYSE AND RESEARCH ON THE TEMPERATURE COMPENSATE NET OF CRYSTAL OSCILLTOR

摘要 介绍了有关晶体振荡器的温度补偿技术。对模拟补偿和数字补偿所用的网络和电路结构进行了研究和探讨,结合生产实际给出了常用的补偿网络、电路形式、补偿前后晶振的f~T曲线等。 s: The temperature compensation technology on crystal oscillator was introduced in this paper. The compensation net and the structure of circuit which were used for the imitate compensation and digital compensation were studied .And the common use of the compensation net, the structure of circuit and the f~T curve about compensation of crystal resonator that used in practical manufacture were given.
