简要概括了近年来国内外动物细胞多方法规模性培养技术的发展状况以及目前已为人们确定的主要开发应用技术的种类、特点及应用范围,主要包括悬浮培养、微载体培养、多孔载体培养、微囊化培养、中空纤维法培养等,指出了细胞培养技术和应用领域日趋广泛的前景。

This article briefly generalizes the development, the common development and utilization kinds fixed by human beings, the character and the application of the multi-ways and scale-up culture of animal cells. They are suspension culture,porous micro-carrier culture, microcapsule culture,hollow fiber culture and so on. All of these indicate the technology and utilization of the animal's culture is more and more widely and the future is better.
