摘要
针对特种机器人的特殊使用条件,提出了准极限理论的设计思想,即充分利用电动机的极限性能,用准极限度概念来表征电动机极限能力的利用率,在准极限度小于1且接近于1的选择准则下对排爆机器人的直流电动机进行选择,使选出的电动机在满足要求的前提下,具有较小的重量和体积.
Taking the special working condition of advanced robot into account, this paper presented hypo-limit theory that is to make full use of the motor limit capacity. In this theory, the hypo-limit ratio denotes the motor limit capacity usage factor. The rule that the hypo-limit ratio is less than 1 and closed to 1 is used to select DC motors for the explosive handling robot which makes the selected motor light in weight and small in volume.
