区校共建对医院医疗服务绩效影响的评价

为了解上海市某区2所二级甲等政府医院在区校共建5年后医疗服务发展状况,作者对此2所医院进行了5年医疗服务绩效评价。通过调查,作者认为区校共建区级政府医院需要有明确的共建目标;区校共建区级政府医院促进了医疗服务与质量的提高;区校共建区级政府医院有优势,但也值得进一步关注。

In order to understand the developmental status of 2 district governmental hospitals after 5 years' joint construction by the district government and universities, the authors assessed 5 years' performance of these 2 hospitals in their medical service. After the study, the authors believe that the explicit objectives are needed for the joint construction of district governmental hospitals by the district government and the universities, the joint construction of district governmental hospitals by the district government and the universities will accelerate the improvement of the quality of medical service, and it has advantages, but there are also some issues worth to be paid an attention.
