摘要
当原有的管理体制关系成为制约医院后勤发展的“瓶颈”时,医院决定将后勤支持保障系统整体社会化,引进有人才、有经验、有技术、有设备的社会物业公司承担医院的后勤管理服务。逐步建立社会经营、服务有力的后勤保障体系。那么,如何使“独立核算、自负盈亏”的物业公司做到医院“以病人为中心”的服务宗旨呢?我院通过将ISO9001、14001质量体系延伸到物业公司,用规范化、制度化、科学化管理模式实现对物业公司服务保障工作的管理监督。实践证明,置于ISO两个质量体系规范之下的后勤社会化工作取得了成效,进一步提高了后勤保障效益。
Since the former logistics management system had become the 'bottle neck'of the hospital development, socialization of logistics supporting and securing service was applied. The management of hospital logistics service was in charged by the professional, skillful, well - equipped and rich human resource social facility enterprises. The social managing and well - servicing logistics system was then gradually established. The challenging issus is how the 'independent business accounting and responsible' enterprise accommodated and achieved the goal of the hospital, which is 'patient centralizing'. In our hospital, the ISO9001/14001 quality standard systems were introduced into the management of facility enterprise, using a standardizing, institutional and scientifically managing mode. It had been shown through practices, which are the positive outcome of the socialized logistics service and the better efficiency of logistics rear service, due to applying these two quality standard systems into management.
