摘要
在总结历次试验结果的基础上,得出了喘振现象及间歇式振动现象是由多叶风机叶道流场失去稳定性所引起的结论。探讨了系统性试验中叶道几何参数与叶道流场稳定性之间的定量关系,建立了叶道流场稳定性数学模型。解释了叶道长宽比表征值、叶道流场稳定性特征值以及叶道流场稳定性判别函数3个新概念。为多叶通风机产品向高性能方向发展提供了理论依据与试验依据。
On the basis of summing various test results, it is put forward that surging phenomena and intermittent oscillation phenomena are caused by buckling of blade channel flow field. According to the systematic test results, the quantitative relation between blade channel geometric parameter and blade channel flow field stability was explored. Mathematical model of keeping blade channel flow field stability was established. Three new conceptions, blade channel aspect ratio figurative value, blade channel flow field stability characteristic value and stability discriminant function were described. The theory and test references for multi-blade fan development to higher property are provided.
