抑郁症的早醒与睡眠脑电图的关系 被引量:1

Association of early awakening with changes of sleep electroencephalograph in patients with depression

摘要 目的探索伴和不伴早醒的抑郁症患者睡眠脑电图特征。方法对10例伴早醒的抑郁症(早醒组)、8例不伴早醒的抑郁症(非早醒组)和10例对照组进行睡眠脑电图检查。结果(1)早醒组的醒起时间比对照组显著为长[(11.8±8.5)min(3.1±2.8)min,P<0.05]。(2)非早醒组的运动觉醒时间比对照组显著为短[(3.1±1.4)min(6.8±3.1)min,P<0.05]。(3)早醒和非早醒组的睡眠总时间比对照组显著为短[(331.7±25.6)min和(333.9±52.7)min比(386.7±41.3)min,P均<0.05];REM强度比对照组显著为强[(28.7±8.8)%和(32.8±19.5)%比(19.4±3.7)%,P均<0.05]。结论(1)抑郁症的早醒可能与精神运动性阻滞相关联。(2)不伴早醒的抑郁症可能由慢波睡眠向快波睡眠的转相增快。(3)抑郁症患者的总睡眠时间减少和REM睡眠强度增加。 Objective To explore characteristic of sleep electroencephalograph in depressives with and without early awakening. Methods It was estimated for time from awakening to getting up in 10 depressives with early awakening ( early awakening group ),8 depressives without early awakening ( non-early awakening group ) and 10 control group. Results (1) It was significantly longer for early morning awakening time in early awakening group than that in control group [(11.8±8.5) min:(3.1±2.8) min,P<0.05].(2) It was significantly shorter for movement awakening time in non-early awakening group than that in control group [(3.1±1.4) min:(6.8±3.1) min,P<0.05].(3)It was significantly shorter for total sleep time in both early awakening group and non-early awakening group than that in control group [(331.7±25.6) min and (333.9±52.7) min vs (386.7±41.3) min,P<0.05];It was significantly greater for REM intensity in both early awakening group and non-early awakening group than that in control group [(28.7±8.8) % and (~32.8 ±19.50) % vs (19.4±3.7) %,P<0.05]. Conclusion (1) There is an association early awakening with psychomotor retardation in patients with depression. (2) It could be more rapidly shifted for phase from slow wave sleep to rapid wave sleep in depressives without early awakening.(3) It is significantly decreased for total sleep time and significant increased for REM sleep intensity in patients with depression than that in control group.
