血栓前体蛋白在心房颤动患者中含量变化及其临床意义

Alterations and clinical significance of thrombus precursor protein in atrial fibrillation patients

目的观察心房颤动(房颤)患者血浆血栓前体蛋白(TPP)水平的变化,并探讨其临床意义。方法测量83例不同心功能障碍房颤患者(其中风心病32例,冠心病51例)和20例正常人血浆TPP。结果房颤患者与正常人相比血栓前体蛋白水平也显著升高(P<0.01)。风心病患者与冠心病患者之间TPP差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。心功能Ⅳ级组患者的TPP水平高于心功能Ⅲ级组,而心功能Ⅲ级组又高于心功能Ⅱ级组。结论房颤患者血浆的TPP水平升高,提示房颤患者有血栓形成的危险;TPP水平可以反映心功能障碍的程度;血栓形成与病情严重程度相关。

Objective To study the alterations and clinical significance of thrombus precursor protein(TPP) in atrial fibrillation(AF) patients. Methods Tested the levels of TPP in 83 AF patients with different grades of cardiac dysfunction (32 rheumatic heart disease patients and 51 coronary heart disease patients) and in 20 normal people. Results The level of TPP in AF patients was obviously higher than that in normal people (~P<0.01 ), but it was no difference between in rheumatic heart disease patients and 51 coronary heart disease patients (P>0.05). The TPP level of class Ⅳ cardiac function patients were higher than those of class Ⅲ,and the TPP level of class Ⅲ were higher than those of class Ⅱ. Conclusions The increases of TPP in AF patients indict the risk of formation of thrombus. The levels of TPP can reflect the grades of cardiac dysfunction . The formation of thrombus is related with the severity of illness.
