摘要
对40副距跟骨和7具尸体足的解剖、剖面和X线检查,发现距骨和跟骨间的骨小梁有严格的顺应性,其分布、疏密度与距下关节和其它相邻关节的运动应力有密切关系,纵横骨小梁互相交错,形成桁架样结构。跟骨四束骨小梁构成类球状网络,是跟骨对抗各种应力的高承载运动结构和良好的应力转化系统。
AbstractAnatomical sections wereperformed androentgenograms taken on 40 pairs of talus and calcaneousand 7 cadaver foot spocimens.A strict compliance betweenthe trabeculae in the talus and os calcis was found .There was a clase dynamic relationship btween their distribu-tion,density of the traabeculae of the two benes. The lon-gitudinal and transverse trabeculae were crossed and kit-ted,forming a truss structure. Chiefly,there were 4bundles,the anterior,median,peterir and the circular tra-beulae forming a txill-like structure. It is a system of high load-bearing arthitecture within the os calcis.
