扶阳益气法治疗胸痹的探讨

The Probe on the Therapy of Benifiting Yang and Qi for Chest Bi-syndrome

本文依据《金匮要略》关于胸痹证治的思想,将其分为阳虚、气虚寒凝、痰浊及血瘀论治,强调以扶阳益气为治疗之本,斟情佐以温经散寒、化痰泄浊、活血化瘀等法治标,使阳气得复,则寒祛痰化瘀行而心脉自通。

Through studing the thinking to treating Chest Bi-Syndrome in Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Cabinet (《金匮要略》),the authors concluded 4 putterns of the illmess as:Yang dificence,Qi dificence with cold Accumulation, Tarbid Phlegm and Blood Stasis.The first one is fundamental aspect.In the treatment,Benifiting Yang and Qi is of fundamental,adding other therapies as Warmming Meridians and Expeling Coldness,Provuoting Blood Circulation to Dissipate Blood Stasis,and Resoloing Phlegm is of incidental while the resume of Yang and Qi,Such as Coldness,Stagnant and Phlegm would be eliminated,so heart vessels disperse again.
