Application of “3P" model on analyzing of the air pollution

采用“3P”模式(项目(Program)、规划(Projection)及政策(Policy)分析模式)分析和评述丹东市环境空气污染,提出改进锅炉的脱硫装置、降低采暖费和实施热电联产集中供热体制的综合污染防治对策。

This paper uses “3P' model, the program, projection and polity model, to analyse and discuss the air pollution in Dandong city, and puts forward the synthetic prevention countermeasures of the pollution. The countermeasures consist of improving the device of boiler with desulfurizing, depressing expense of heating and actualizing the system of producing hot-electricity and centralizing heating.
