摘要
大量的事实和研究表明,良好的非智力因素在大学生的成才过程中起着推动、引导、定向、调节、控制、强化、维持等作用,具有极其重要的意义。高等学校作为向社会输送人才的主要场所,在发展学生智力的同时更需要重视大学生非智力因素的开发和培养。目前大学生非智力因素水平不容乐观,要有效地开发和培养大学生非智力因素,须做到三个“重视”:重视校园文化及环境的深刻影响;重视教育者的作用;重视学生的自我教育、自我完善。
Many facts and researches show that good non-intelligence factors,functioning as motivation,direction,orientation,adjustment,control,strengthening and maintaining,have great significance to the success of college students. As a main source of talents for the society,colleges and universities should pay more attention to the development and cultivation of the college students' non-intelligence factors while developing their intelligence. Presently the level of college students' non-intelligence factors is not quite satisfactory. To achieve the effective results,three aspects must be paid special attention to: campus culture and influence from the environment; educators' influence; students' self-education and self-improvement.
