急性有机磷中毒中间综合征机械通气的护理

Mechanic Ventilation Through Artificial Air Cannel and Its Use in Treatment of Immediate Syndrom(IMS)after Acute Organic phosphorate Toxication

目的:总结机械通气治疗急性有机磷农药中毒中间综合征建立人工气道的护理经验。方法:回顾分析急性有机磷中毒中间综合征患者23例的临床资料。结果:中间综合征发生于重度有机磷中毒后13h～126h,发生率为5.35%,临床表现主要为屈颈肌、肌体近端肌、呼吸肌无力甚至麻痹。发生中间综合征时立即给予气管插管进行机械通气,通气时间为3d～15d,治愈患者平均通气时间8d。结论:发生中间综合征时及时建立人工气道,做好人工气道的护理,是抢救成功的关键。

Objective To conclude nursing experiences about treatment of IMS after acute organic phosphorate toxication by mechauic ventilation through artificial air cannel.Method 23 cases and their clinical data had been retrospectively analyzed.Result IMS occurs 13-126 hrs after acute organic phosphorate toxication,incidence ratio is 5.35%,its clinical characterics is paralysis of neck flecus muscles extremities musiles, respiratory muscles,cranial nerves controlled muscles immediately mechanic ventilation through trachea intubation had been provided.Ventilation time 3-15 days,8 days later cured patients had been discharged.Conclusion Nursing about artificial air cannel timely artificial ventilation can promise rescuing success.
