摘要
目的:探讨健康教育对喉癌术后病人生活质量的影响。方法:将34例喉癌病人随机分为观察组和对照组各17例,两组均进行常规的治疗和护理,观察组在此基础上,实施针对性健康教育干预。采用Terrell喉癌生活质量量表分别在实施健康教育前及实施健康教育后随访结束时进行评估。结果:观察组病人在生活质量总评、精神心理状态、社会交流技术、进食、气管套管护理评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育可帮助喉癌术后病人适应新生活,提高生活质量。
Objective To explore the influence of health education on quality of life in patients with laryngocarcinoma after operation.Methods 34 patients with gular cancer was divided randomly into observation and control groups each have 17 cases underwent regular treatment and follow up. Observation group also received additional health education.And evaluated according to the terrell gular cancer life quality table before and after the health education.Results Observation group showed significant difference compared to the control group on the respects of life quality total score, psychiatry evaluation, social communication,food take in, tracheal cannula care (P<0.05).Conclusion Health education can help patient with gular cancer operation to adapt new life style and increase the life quality.
