根据我国电镀行业的特点,从清洁生产与清洁生产审核的概念出发,较详细地介绍了电镀企业如何开展清洁生产审核和实施清洁生产的途径,建立了电镀企业清洁生产指标体系,提出了清洁生产水平和绩效评价方法。本系列文章第1部分较详细介绍了清洁生产的产生与发展,明确了清洁生产与清洁生产审核的定义,指出了清洁生产审核思路和工作程序。

On the basis of the concept of cleaner production(CP) and CP auditing and according to situation of China plating industry, a way of how to launch CP and CP auditing and establish Plating Industry CP Index (PICPI) system is described, and the evaluation method of CP level and performance is put forward as well. In PartⅠof the series, the emergence and evolution of CP are presented in detail, and the definition of CP and CP auditing is given, moreover the principle and procedure of CP Auditing are indicated.
