Processing and formula of CPE compound for cable insulating material with heat resistance of 90℃

研究了加热器用平行软线(HPN)电缆用90℃氯化聚乙烯(CPE)绝缘胶的配方,在对橡胶、填料、增塑剂、稳定剂、润滑剂、阻燃剂进行选择后,确定了该绝缘橡胶的配方,胶料的性能可达到美国UL标准要求。同时,简要介绍了胶料的加工工艺。

?The formula of CPE insulating rubber with 90℃ of heat resisting grade for HPN cable is introduced in this paper.After the selection of base rubber,filler,plasticizer,stabilizer,lubricant,flame retardant,the composition of the insulating rubber is determined.Properties of blends come up to the level required by American UL standard.In addition,the processing of blend is introduced briefly.
