自体静脉移植血管内皮细胞的扫描电镜图像分析 被引量:4

摘要 自体静脉移植术前分别进行40、80、120kPa液压扩张,利用扫描电镜图像定量分析研究内皮细胞变化。结果发现:内皮细胞脱落程度随压力递增而加重,其中以80、120kPa损伤较重,与对照组相比相差显著(P<0.01);移植后1周40kPa组明显恢复,但120kPa组到16周时仍无明显恢复,压力愈大损伤程度愈重,但以120kPa损伤最重,延缓了移植静脉内膜重建进程,临床上应注意避免使用,本实验还证实压力扩张并不影响移植通畅率。 AbstractThe autogenous veins of 17 dogs were distendedwith 40kPa, 80kPa and 120kPa pressure prior to graft-ing to femoral arteries respectivly. The sections wereharvested immediately,and after 1 week, 4 and 16weeks and inspected with SEM,The endothelial cellsof grafted veins were studied with an image analysis system,The resuIts showed that the desquamation ex-tent of intimal layer correlated positively with pres-sure,80 and l20kPa caused relatively severe damage to the endothelium, which was significantly different from that of control group(P< 0.05).We conclude thatpfeimplantation distention of vein grafts should be em-ployed with less than 80kPa pressure,and 120kPa cannever be used in clinic,as it adversly affects the courseof reendotheli alizaton.The distention did not make anotable impact to graft patency rate as demonstrated inthis experiment.
