发展中国家的经济可以被称为远离潜在产出的经济。长期保持较高的增长速度却不会导致明显的通货膨胀,是这种经济在运行和发展方面的特点。深刻认识这一特点,并使之得到充分发挥和体现,中国经济就会在20年左右的时间中保持健康快速增长的态势,从根本上解决长期困扰中国和所有发展中国家的城乡差距和农民收入问题,实现共同富裕和社会和谐。

The economy of developing countries can be called meta-potential-production economy, whose operation and development are typically characterized with maintaining a high speed of protracted growth but suffering no prominent inflation. A deep understanding and a full display and expression of this chracteristic will assure Chinese economy to maintain its state of sound rapid growth in the coming 20 years or so and completely kick off such problems as difference between town and country and the farmer’s low income which have been troubling China and other developing countries for quite some time so as to realize collective affluence and social harmony.
