无抽搐电痉挛治疗抑郁症的疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect Observation of Electric Convulsive Treatment without Spasm on Depressive Disorder

目的观察无抽搐电痉挛治疗对抑郁症的治疗效果。方法对34例抑郁症患者用无抽搐电痉挛治疗,治疗观察疗程为6次以上,治疗前后以观察临床症状和汉密顿抑郁量表中抑郁情绪、自杀等六项因子及中华医学会4级评定标准对疗效进行评定。结果34例患者治疗后忧郁情绪、躯体性焦虑、自杀、绝望感、阻滞、认知障碍等六项因子明显改善(P<0.01),显效率为61.76%,总有效率为91.18%。结论无抽搐电痉挛治疗抑郁症起效快,疗效较佳,适合抑郁症的快速控制病情。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of electric convulsive treatment without spasm on depressive disorder. Methods Electric convulsive treatment without spasm was used in 34 cases of patients with depressive disorder, the observation lasted 6 courses of treatment. Before and after treatment, the clinical symptoms were observed, six factors in Hamilton depression rating scale and four grade evaluation standard of Chinese medical association were used to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Results The six factors, including gloom mood, anxiety, suicide, feeling of despair, blocking and cognitive disorder, improved obviously (P<0.01), excellent effect rate was 61.76%, the total effective rate was 91.18%.Conclusions Electric convulsive treatment without spasm can quickly control the condition of depressive disorder, with fine therapeutic effect.
