视网膜母细胞瘤的S－抗原免疫活性研究

Retinal S-antigen and retinoblastoma-An immuno-histochemical study.

应用牛视网膜可溶性抗原的一株单克隆抗体－ＡｇＣ＿６对１０例中国人视网膜母细胞瘤进行了免疫组织化学研究。Ｓ－抗原的免疫活性以不同的形式存在于此１０例肿瘤标本中。有３例嵌顿于肿瘤的“正常”视网膜光感受器成分中，显示Ｓ－抗原免疫活性，７５％的花环样、Ｅ－Ｗ玫瑰花环及５０％病例的散在肿瘤细胞呈阳性染色。我们认为Ｓ－折原在视网膜母细胞瘤中的表达程度可以作为检测该肿瘤分化程度的依据之一，成为其另一肿瘤标记。

AbstractA strain of monoclonal antibody,MabAgC_6,which deflnes an epitope in S-antigen,was used tostudy S-antigen expression in 10 cases of retino-blastoma,where S-antigen immunoactivity was ob-served in different patterns:the“normal”pho-toreceptor elements incorporated in 3 cases of growingtumors,3 of 4 fleurettes and E-W rosettes,and scat-tered tumor cells in 50% of the cases were stained pos-itive.The results suggest that the expression ofS-antigen in retinoblastoma may be used to assess thedegree of tumor differentiation,as another of the tu-mor markers.
