胶原酶是一种能特异溶解胶原组织的酶,因椎间盘髓核中主要成分是胶原组织,能被胶原酶特异溶解,可用于治疗椎间盘突出症。
Collagenase is one of the enzymes that dissolve the collagenous fibers specifically. The prolapse of lumber intervertebral disc can be treated by the effect of chemonucleolysis because the main component of nucleus pulposus in the intervertebral disc is collagenous tissue.
