摘要 通过对谢桥煤矿1212(3)下顺槽沿空掘巷道压力分布特征的分析,以及对应力场的数值模拟,结合其地质情况,合理地确定了该巷道的支护参数,采用了锚杆、网、钢带、高预应力钢绞线桁架组合支护系统。现场实践表明该方案支护效果好,实现了高效、安全生产。 How to guarantee the dependability and adaptability of supporting in the tunnel is a important subject which influence the safety and economic of coal mines all the time. Generally adopt the metal support of u-steel bar to maintain the roadway live when the geological condition is complicated. The result of protecting is bad when the surrounding rock is loose and the labour intensity is heavy and the costs are high by this method. Through analysis of distributing the characteristic of the pressure group along the emptily tunnel and the numerical simulation of the stress field, combine other geological situations ,in 1212(3)tail entry of xieqiao coal mine,the author confirm the parameters of supporting in the tunnel. and adopt anchor bolt, meshwork, steel strands, high prestressing force stranded wire truss to make up and prop up the system of supporting. The scene practice indicates this scheme is protected effectually, has realized the high-efficient, safety in production.
