摘要
针对中小企业的迫切需要,通过对中小企业的开发过程进行研究,提出一个过程模型,对于改进软件产品质量、降低软件开发成本、提高软件生产效率有较好效果,一般中小软件企业可以借鉴它来建立和实施自己的软件过程。
They are business objectives to improve software product quality, reduce development cost and increase productivity. Small sized software companies need to consider their own characteristics when they want to reach those objectives. They hope for the software process to fit their software project in their own company. After we study some software processes of software projects in small sized companies, we give a process model to solve problems often occurring in small sized software companies project management. This model will be useful for other small sized software companies.
