人眼巩膜筛板发育的研究

摘要 观察291只眼球(胚胎7周至足月者260例260只眼,生后1岁内31例31只眼)发不见得以的出现明显晚于视神经。在妊娠第4个月时,胚胎眼球中仅见筛板的外胚层始基。第5个月开始形成筛板撮初巩膜部分,第8个月来自脉络膜,视神经鞘膜的纤维组织参与板的形成,这时已与成人筛板形态相似,但其厚度在生后1岁内还在增长。 AbstractThe lamina cribrosa of 291 eves were studied in-cluding 260 eyes taken from embryos and fetus of 7weeks to full term and 31 eyes from infants under 1year of age。 From the observations,it is discoveredthat the development of the lamina cribrosa lags be-hind the development of the optic nerve. In the eyestaken from embrvos or fetus <4 months,only the ec-todermal primordium of the lamina cribrosa is seen,The initial scleral part of the lamina cribrosa begins tobeformed in the 5th month fetus.Thefibrous tissueoriginating from the choroid and optic nerve sheathcontributes the formation of the lamina cribrosa in the8th month fetus;At this time, the morphology of thelamina cribrosa is similar to that of an adult,but thethickness of the structure is still increasing till onevear after birth.
