摘要
采用单眼巩膜环扎法造成20只家兔高眼压模型并对高眼压持续3天及1、3、4周兔眼前房角组织进行电镜观察。发现角巩膜及色素膜部小梁网扩张,轴心胶原和弹力样纤维增生,随高眼压持续时间的延长愈趋明显;小梁内皮细胞与小梁带分离,游离于小梁间隙。内皮网部持续有纤维增生和斑状物质堆集,使内皮网结构致密化。房水丛管腔内皮细胞大空泡数逐渐减少,管壁变薄,出现裂孔现象。表明高眼压时房水流出受阻的主要部位在内皮网部,并证实以上形态学变化大部分与青光眼患者相一致。
AbstractSclero-circular compression operation was per-formed on 20 unilateral rabbit eyes to make a model of intraocular hypertension which persisted for 3 days,1,3 and 4 weeks respectively in 4 groups of rabbitsand another 4 rabbits were used as normal controls .The trabecular meshwork and aqueous plexus of theexperimental rabbits'eyes were examined under trans-mission electron microscope on various post-operativedays:3 days,1,3 and 4 weeks.It was discoveredthat the corneo-scleral and uveal trabecular mesh-works were obviously sistended and their core collage-nous and elastoid fibers were hyperplastic,the phe-nomenon being more marked with the prolongation ofthe duration of the intraocular hypertension. Many en-dothelial cells were detached from the trabecular cordsand freely located in the intertrabecular spaces. Persis-tent hyperplasia of collagenous fibers and accumulationof extracellular plague materials occurred in the en-dothelial meshwork,leading to its compactness.Thegaint vacuoles in the endothelial cells lining the innerwall of the canal of aqueous plexus were gradually de-creased in number and the cytoplasm of the cells be-came attenuated and some fenestrations appeared.Theresults show that the main site of the resistence of theaaueous outflow occurring during intraocular hyper-tension is at endothelial meshwork and the above ex-perimental morphological changes are quite similar tothose of glaucoma patients.
