Rational Consciousness, Cultural Tradition and Economic Revitalization in Northeast China

以理性意识、文化传统与经济增长之间的互动关系的分析为主要线索,着重阐释了理性意识的不足与文化传统的某些欠缺为何导致了东北地区经济发展的严重滞后,并对东北地区如何转变观念、树立市场经济意识提出了一些参考性的建议。所谓的理性意识是指人们在参与经济活动时所持有的观念和行为方式,而市场经济说到底又是一种以民间经营为主的经济,因而一个地区居民理性意识的强弱在很大程度上决定了这个地区经济发展的快慢。所以,东北经济能否振兴的关键就在于转变观念。

Discusses the interactive relations among rational consciousness, cultural tradition and economic growth, and the fact that the economic development in Northeast China lags far behind other regions is attributed to the people who live in the region but lack rational consciousness for defective local cultural tradition. Some suggestions are put forward as reference for changing people's idea to enable them to have a sense of market economy. Here the rational consciousness implies the idea and relevant behavior of a person who participates in economic activities. So, in a region people's rational consciousness will decide whether the economy develops rapidly to a great extent. A conclusion is thus drawn that the economic revitalization in Northeast China depends on changing people's idea.
