加强自主创新 促进东北装备制造业发展模式转变

Strengthening Autonomous Innovation to Speed up the Change in Developmental Mode of Equipment Manufacture Industry in Northeast China

东北装备制造业具有很强的加工能力,但产品开发能力和技术创新能力薄弱,产品技术主要源自国外,因而只能称之为传统装备制造业而非现代装备制造业,其主要特征有:不具备很强的产品自主开发能力和技术创新能力,新型装备制造业的发展缓慢,装备制造业中场产业亟待发展,装备制造业成套和工程总承包能力薄弱,在新型装备服务业领域缺乏延伸等。针对上述问题,东北装备制造业要通过大力开展自主创新,增强产品自主开发能力,加速发展东北新型装备制造业,大力开展集成创新,加快现代装备制造服务业的发展等,加快东北装备制造业由传统装备制造业向现代装备制造业转变。

The equipment manufacture sector in Northeast China is very strong in working process but weak in R&D of products especially in technological innovation. With its out-of-date technologies mainly stemming from abroad, it is really a traditional sector but not a modernized one. Its main characteristics are that there is no autonomous R&D for its products and technological innovation, new-type equipment manufacture develops slowly, undeveloped supporting technologies products and lack of ability to contract turn-key projects and to extend itself to new service fields. It is therefore deemed necessary to step up the effort to develop autonomous innovation especially the integrated innovation and strengthen R&D of products so as to speed up the development of the equipment manufacture sector in Northeast China, including developing rapidly other relevant service sectors for it.
