目的:本文以利福平与盐酸环丙沙星为实例揭示高效液相色谱(HPLC)中溶解溶剂对峰形与含量测定的影响。方法:采用甲醇、水与流动相等为溶剂,记录不同溶剂情况下利福平与盐酸环丙沙星的高效液相色谱图的峰形与含量的变化。结果:不同溶剂情况下利福平与盐酸环丙沙星的高效液相色谱图的峰形与含量变化均很大。结论:高效液相色谱测定时以流动相为溶剂溶解样品为最佳,可保证样品的峰形以及测定结果的准确与精密。

Objective:The influences to chromatography and determination in HPLC were exhibited,for example rifampicin and ciprofloxacin hydrochloride.Method:The change of chromatography and determination with different solvents for rifampicin and ciprofloxacin in HPLC was recorded.Results:The changes of chromatography and determination with different solvents for rifampicin and ciprofloxacin in HPLC were large.Conclusions:The best solvent is mobile phase in HPLC,which can guarantee good chromatography and exact result.
