右旋糖酐40葡萄糖注射液细菌内毒素检测方法的研究

Study on Determination of Bacterial Endotoxin of Dextran 40 Glucose Injection

目的:探讨右旋糖酐40葡萄糖注射液是否适用于细菌内毒素检查法。方法:采用中国药典2000版附录细菌内毒素检查法。结果:右旋糖酐40葡萄糖注射液对细菌内毒素检测无干扰作用。结论:右旋糖酐40葡萄糖注射液适用于细菌内毒素检查法。

Objective:To establish a method for the determination of bacterial endotoxins of dextran 40 glucose injection;Method:According to the method of bacterial endotoxins determination approved by Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2000 edition.Result:The dextran 40 glucose injection do not interfere the determination of bacterial endotoxins.Conclusion:The determination of bacterial endotoxins may be used to dextran 40 glucose injection.
