肿瘤细胞免疫治疗研究的现状与对策

摘要 在过去的十几年中,随着抗原递呈机制与T细胞对特异性抗原识别机制的揭示、众多重要的人细胞因子及其功能的发现和分子克隆与细胞克隆技术的发展,使肿瘤抗原的鉴定与应用成为现实,促使体外定向诱导和扩增免疫细胞成为可能,所有这些进步推动肿瘤细胞免疫学研究及其临床应用成为肿瘤治疗研究中开展最广泛、最深入的领域之一.现将近年有关肿瘤的细胞免疫治疗临床应用研究状况、问题和对策作一综述.
