他汀类药物的抗心律失常作用

摘要 随着临床药理学的研究进展,发现许多非抗心律失常药物具有抗心律失常的作用,且已被临床实践所证实.以往曾有许多非抗心律失常药物用于心律失常的治疗,如硫酸镁治疗房扑、房颤、室上速、室速等,辅酶Q10用于房早、室早,ATP用于阵发性室上速,烟酰胺用于病窦、房室传导阻滞,小檗碱用于房早、室早、室上速等.
