摘要 贝尼地平(coniel,商品名可力洛)为长效的第二代二氢吡啶类钙离子拮抗剂,1981年由协和发酵工业株式会社研发成功,1991在日本上市,之后相继在韩国、澳大利亚上市,2005年初登陆中国.它是一种起效缓慢,作用持久的抗高血压和心绞痛药物.
