论软实力与中国外交

On Soft Power and Diplomacy of China

软实力概念是由美国前助理国防部长约瑟夫.奈首先提出的。中国古代政治思想、传统文化与现当代外交实践、政治经济模式等分别构成了建设今天中国软实力的两大来源。对内对外,我们都应自觉地高度重视发掘、整理、发展并运用中国的软实力。在中国崛起与复兴的伟大历史进程中,以文化、政治经济体制与外交政策等为主要载体的软实力将发挥出奇制胜的核心作用。

The concept of soft power was first advanced by Joseph Ney,U.S.Assistant Secretary of (Defence).The political ideology and traditional culture of ancient China as well as the contemporary diplomatic practice and the economic pattern constitute the two resources for constructing the soft power of today's China which should be attached great importance to both at home and overseas in exploring,sorting,developing and applying it.During the historic course of China's rise and national rejuvenation,the soft power,whose major carriers are the culture,the political and economic system and the diplomatic policy,will play a core role to win by novelty.
