摘要
用2.0mol/L的CF3COOH来水解酵母葡聚糖,得到的寡糖混合物用Sephadex-G25型凝胶渗透色谱进行分离,所收集到的组分经FACE和毛细管电泳分析,结果证实得到了聚合度为1 ̄6的葡聚寡糖。
Yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) glucans were hydrolyzed by 2.0 mol/L CF3COOH to obtain a mixture of oligoglucosides which were then separated using Sephadex-G25 gel permeation chromatography. Oligoglucoside frac- tions were analyzed by FACE and capillary electrophoresis, confirming their degree of polymerization at 1 to 6 units.
