摘要
建立一种以凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、气相色谱质谱(GC/MS)联用技术为基础的测定玉米苗中三唑酮、三唑醇-a、三唑醇-b残留量的方法。目标农药经乙腈提取,共提物经GPC净化去除色素,叶黄素通过固相萃取(SPE)净化。目标农药GC/MS(SIM)方式进行定性、定量分析。3种农药(添加浓度0.05、0.5、2μg/g)的回收率在90% ̄110%,相对标准偏差(RSD)<20%。
A method based on gel permeation chromatography (GPC) along with gas chromatography coupled with mass spectroscopy (GC/MS) was established for determining residue levels of triadimefon, triadimenol-a, and triadimenol- b in corn seedlings. Target pesticides were extracted with acetonitrile, and extracts were cleaned-up using GPC to remove pigments. Xanthophyll was removed using solid-phase extraction (SPE). Target pesticides then underwent qualitative and quantitative analysis using GC/MS (selective-ion mode). Average recoveries of the three pesticides (spiked at 0.05, 0.5, and 2 μg/g) were 90 to 110%. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of the method was <20%.
