利用采收率增值等值图研究黑液体系驱油效果

A STUDY ON THE CHOROGRAM OF INCREASED OIL RECOVERY BY BLACK LIQUOR SYSTEM

黑液是碱法造纸产生的废液。可将黑液，表面活性剂和聚合物组成黑液体系用于驱油。若用准三组分相图确定黑液体系配方点，然后驱油试验测定各配方点的采收率增值，则可绘出采收率增值等值图，该图可以提供优化配方点和优化配方区等，结合其他等值图（润湿指数等值图、界面张力等值图、乳化不稳定系数等值图等）还可研究黑液体系的驱油机理等。

The experimental study on the applicatJon of the Chorogram of Increased Oil Recovery (CIOR)to analyse,the results of oil ditsplacemcnt with the waste liquor in paper making industry(Black- Liquor,BL)was conductcd.The BL system of oil displacement is mainly composed of Black Liquor,surfactant and polymer.The increased oil recovery was calculatcd by the data of oil dispace-ment tcst in lab.The CIOR of BL system is a pseudo-tricomponent phase diagram which was drawn by the values of increaseed oil recovery with different positions of formula in the tricomponent phase dia-gram(TPD).A lot of information can be obtained from the CIOR of BL system. Based on the CIOR and some other information,the mechanisms and efficiency of oil displacement and the economic pre-dicti on can be analysed properly.
