油井井下实时遥测网络系统

摘要 介绍一种适用于采油工艺实验,即安装在油井环空内的实时遥测网络系统,该系统以七芯铠装电缆为总线,可在任意位置挂接多个测量短节,每个测量短节可以测量温度和压力二个参数,由于采用间歇供电和差分信号传送技术及总线结构,使本系统在1km深、30mm的油井环空内实现了同时挂接10个测量短节、50KBPS的传输速率,实践证明,本系统可在60℃的井温条件下长期储存、连续工作。 This paper prasents a real- time telemetering network system in oil well annulus forlaboratory of artificial lift technology.Seven cores armored cable is used as the bus in the system. There are many measuring tape along the cable in any position.Two parameters. temperature and pres-sure,can be measurcd by each tap. Because the technologies of intermittent powerproviding,differen- tial slghal transmitting and bus are used in the systeln,it is realized that ten measuring taps have beencaught along the lkm well interval between the 30mm casing- tubing annulus,and 50KBPS transmit-ting rate has been achieved. Practice has shown that this system can be placed in downhole with tem- porature of 60℃ longtermly,and work continuosly.
