摘要
本文针对混杂系统提出了监控与诊断的集成概念,在此基础上进行了DMF回收蒸发罐运行过程的监控与诊断,建立了描述生产过程混杂特性的HPN信息模型和用于诊断决策的控制器模型,探讨了设备故障和连续参数大的扰动的合成传播问题,仿真结果说明了本文设计方法的有效性。
the monitoring and diagnostic integration concept was proposed far the hybrid system, based on this assumption, the monitor and diagnosis technology for running process of DMF recovering vaporizer was analyzed. The hybrid Petri nets information model describing the miscellany characterization for production process and controller model for diagnosis and decision were given. The combined propagarion condition between equipment failure and heavy disturbance of continuous parameters was also discussed. The simulation results suggest that the methods in this work are valid.
