智能建筑管理系统之我见

My point of view at IBMS

笔者对智能建筑管理系统所涉及的管理发表了自己的看法,提出了动态设备管理的概念,认为动态的设备管理和紧急事件预案管理应该是智能建筑管理系统除了建筑节能、环境控制之外的两个主要管理功能,试图蹬清理论界在 IBMS 方面的模糊认识,对 IBMS 与其它系统的关系做了论述。

The author gives out a point of view about the intelligent building management system and puts forward the concept about dynamic equipment management.He considers that the dynamic equipment management and the emergency management will be two other primary management functions besides the building energy-saving and the environment control.He attempts to clear mistiness at IBMS in the theory.He discussed about the relations between IBMS and other systems.
