摘要
对高粱地方品种的茎粗遗传研究表明,杂种F1代茎粗优势显著,均为超亲优势;中国高粱茎粗显性效应占绝对优势,平均达总遗传变异的63%以上;上位性效应尤其显性×显性效应(dd)在某些组合显著存在,且该效应比加性效应显得更加重要;两种模式的显性效应值平均值为正值,有助于杂种F1代茎粗增加,提高了杂种抗倒伏能力。
The local breeds stalk diameter genetic analysis showed that the stalk diameter of F1 hybrid was significant and was superiority over their parents. The dominant effect was predominant in Chinese sorghum stalk diameter and the genetic variation was over 63% in average. The epistatic effect was dd and exists in some group.
