我国对外工程承包发展的“供给决定”及其突破策略研究

Study on “Supply Constraints” of China's Overseas Project Contracting

缺乏宏观供需分析仍然是目前我国关于对外工程承包研究的不足之处。基于“国际工程承包市场持续扩容和我国对外工程承包业国际市场份额的狭小性”的根本事实,笔者做出大胆假设,即我国对外工程承包发展的宏观供需结构中存在“供给决定”。尝试从理论和实证两方面论证假设之后,笔者又分析了“供给决定”的根源并就如何突破这一限制提出了见解。

Analysis of “Demand-Supply” Structure is still a lacking part of our studies on China's Overseas Project Contracting. Yet international and national situations ask for our timely answer of this question, which will certainly act to further serve the development of China's Overseas Project Contracting. This article therefore aims to undertake this job by applying the “Demand-Supply” Model. Based on statistical test, it concludes that existence of “Supply Constraints” hinders the accelerating development of China's Overseas Project Contracting. And it puts forward the authors' probing upon this conclusion.
