摘要
本文利用“价值链”分析方法,构建了国际工程企业“价值链”的模型。揭示了国际工程市场上决定工程企业成败的关键在于:发达国家实力雄厚的工程企业在“价值链”的“战略环节”形成了优势,并能保证价值链各环节紧密联系,实现利润最大化;而发展中国家由于没有把握价值链上的关键节点,从而导致在竞争中处于比较弱势。本文强调了核心价值链的重要性,提出我国工程承包企业只有把握价值链核心环节———工程咨询和融资服务,才能取得长足发展。
In this article, a contractor enterprise's value chain model is built by value chain analysis approach. The key factor of a successful project contractor in international market is revealed: developed country's construction contractors do better on the 'key' factor of the value chain; while developing country's contractors don't, which make their disadvantage. The key factor of the value chain is emphasized by the author. Finally we come to the conclusion that, engineering consultation and financing service should be improved in Chinese overseas project contraction operation.
